Zack Place just completed a new Trane Heating and A/C system in my home located in Parkersburg. From start to finish his attention to detail and highly skilled system installation was exemplary. He is a master of his trade and loves his job. He takes great pride in his work. The equipment selected is excellent. My specific wants and needs were not only listened to but made to happen. I am actually overwhelmed in what a huge difference in the comfort of my home that was achieved. Our service tech Zack was great! They sent him out the very next morning after our initial call. Within a couple hours, he had the parts installed & had our unit back up and running. He was great about answering all our questions & checking everything we asked!
