As usual, Dean was very responsive to our Mini Split needing repaired. From the receptionist to the technician, we felt Dean was doing every thing possible to get our Mini Spit repaired and operational.Thank you Dean!

Dean Heating and Cooling takes care of all of our HVAC needs. I have them out twice a year just for season change checks and whenever there's a problem they take care of it quickly and very professionally.

We had a bit of miscommunication the first scheduled visit; the serviceman was finished early at another location but I wasn't home when he arrived. My followup appt. however was quickly made and kept at proper time. very good, good manners and answered questions I had.
