Brad is as solid of a tattoo artist as they come. Was here for work for a month and wanted to get a couple initial tattoos on my chest cleaned up and a ring tattoo redone. Two trips in total for touch up work the second time. Lines on the ring are solid, straight, ink is dark, absolutely no complaints there. For the 2 on my chest, when I went in for a touch up the on my ring (since my hands have been really dry and I had to work so lost some ink on it) he noticed a couple light spots on the ink that I couldn't even see until he pointed it out and fixed those up as well.
