We adopted a dog last year and had the wonderful staff at The Calm Companion help us with some behavioral issues(pulling very hard on her leash during walks). After her initial training and time, our dog was so much easier to handle. We recently decided to enroll her in E collar training to allow us more flexibility with while we are camping/ hiking. Hanna and the staff did such an amazing job. I was amazed at the results. I would highly recommend the staff at The Calm Companion. We’ve also used them for boarding and every time we drop our dog off she is super excited to see the team.

Tiffany did an amazing job bleaching my hair to a beautiful blond. I was worried that one session would just result in my hair turning into a brassy-orange color, but I was so happy that it turned out well. I went from having very dark hair to having beautiful blond highlights. It was my first time being a client and also the first time getting my hair bleached. The whole experience was worth it for me.

Had a walk in appointment, I never know what I want done with my hair as a guy that is lazy with styling it and the barber that saw me did a great job giving me a haircut that looks good styled or plain. Quick, friendly, professional. Also, felt that the cost of the haircut matched the service received for once, which is rare in haircuts these days!

Kimberly is wonderful at making you feel comfortable and explains her services well throughout the process. I have never gotten so many compliments on my lashes and brows before! As a redhead, I was nervous about letting someone else tint my eyebrows and eye lashes, but Kimberly has been thoughtful throughout the process in asking me what I wanted. Highly recommend her! She is also very warm and fun to talk to when getting services done.

I shopped around for services to get our vacation cabin renovated with new plumbing and HVAC. Our property is in Vinton County in a rural countryside where we did not have an abundance of service providers. After meenting with Charlie, the owner, I knew immediately that he was knowledgable, professional, and conveyed to me a strong sense of ownership with a high standard of care. His price was in line with what I expected for the full scale plumbing and HVAC installation. I hope that I don't have to call him back anytime soon, but will feel comfortable if I do. Great owner and crew!
Our service tech Zack was great! They sent him out the very next morning after our initial call. Within a couple hours, he had the parts installed & had our unit back up and running. He was great about answering all our questions & checking everything we asked!
Javan Thompson listened to our problem and sent Justin that morning to assess what was needed to fix a leak in the shower. Even though not an emergency Justin made an appointment for the repair for the next day, appeared on time, cut an access door, installed new shower components, and cleaned up and straightened up everything. It was wonderful start to completion. Thank you !

Over a year ago I was misinformed by family on who fixed some plumbing issues on my house. I would like to apologize for any problems I have caused. Colleen and her team have drastically improved my life! They have been cleaning my house for almost 2 years. We went through 4 other companies before finding her.
