The technician showed up the same day that I called. He quickly found the problem (coupling), replaced it, and had my furnace running again. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend Ziegler Heating.

Professional and let me know yo front what he was working on. Answered all of my questions. I only wish that they could narrow down the time frame of when they are arriving to maybe a two hour window.

Excellent company service is second to none. Called to report furnace not coming on. Said a technician would call as soon as free within an hour or so tec called and said could be there in about 15 minutes. Was here replaced transformer and furnace was up and running. Highly recommend!!!
