“We would highly recommend HAVE, Inc. for your heating and cooling needs. We were having trouble with our furnace and had another company come in only to tell us that we needed a reversing valve for our heat pump/AC and it was no longer available and that we needed to get a whole new Carrier furnace and charged us a service fee for nothing. We still had an issue with the only solution was to get a whole new furnace which we could not afford. In our hearts we knew that was not true so we researched and called HAVE, Inc. and they not only told me the part was available and that they would order it and install it a couple days later. Installer, Scott, came out and noticed right away that our thermostat was not the right one for the heat pump/AC we had and installed a new thermostat that was compatible with our unit. He then checked the heat pump/AC and stated that it was not the reversing valve that was bad but there was some damage done to the heat pump/AC and should be replaced sometime in the future. We were quoted a price for just a new heat pump/AC and was not pressured at all about buying a whole new system. We decided to go ahead and purchase a new heat pump/AC and we are so glad we did. We can't thank them enough for saving us money. All associates that I talked with were all kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us.
