All staff were professional and friendly. Willing to change scheduled visitation time, if needed.
I would recommend Capital Home Health for Nursing or Physical Therapy for professional Home Health care of Total Hip Replacement surgery patients.
I had a knee replacement at Cleveland Clinic that was more complicated than the average and as a result, my therapy took longer at a nursing facility before even getting home and I was in a boatload of pain for most of it. I chose Capital Home Health for when I got home and I am so glad I did! They were extremely kind and respectful to me and really helped me through this ordeal. My therapist went through a knee replacement herself so this was quite helpful in that she knew very well what I was feeling and what I could tolerate and was kind enough to not try to force me beyond what I simply couldn't do. This company is great and working with their liaison has made it super easy. She is very outgoing and nice . Sending referrals is a simple process and I'm always hearing positive feed back from residents on their home healthcare experience .
