We woke up Sunday & our furnace wasn't working, we called Blank Heating & Andy was at our door in less than an hour. He diagnosed our problem, temporarily got our furnace motor going. Told us he'd call Monday morning with part information & cost. And he did. He worked around our work schedule, replaced the motor & everything works. Great communication, great service, very professional!

Andy always answers the phone. He always comes out in a timely manner. He fixes my issue, explains what he did and offers suggestions to avoid future problems. I give him 5 stars in every category! R Sill
