Joe is very knowledgable. His company does cool projects all over the state. His impact in Ashley Ohio is on display with the renovation of a historic building into Harrison Place. Joe is great to work with on lot splits, zoning, feasibility studies and many other services.

I have worked with Joe and his staff on a couple different projects and have found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I know from spending a career in building and development that having the right people navigate the complexity of land development, planning and zoning is critical.
