My 16 year old central air system has been finicky the last several years and was due to be replaced. Tuesday morning when I realized my AC wasn’t running as it should. Rather than tinkering with it and limping through another summer, with a pregnant wife, I decided to see about a replacement unit instead. I called four HVAC companies, 1 sent me to voicemail and didn’t even answer, 1 place said they would call back in two days to schedule an estimate appointment (they never did call back), and 1 place said they could come out in two weeks for an estimate. A few years ago we just had our first baby and rather than paying for a brand new ac unit, we opted to try a temporary repair. It lasted 4 more years - but looks like it's time to call them back out. Oh! And he took time time to explain why our smart thermostat was acting weird and programmed it to stop fluctuating.

I called to schedule an appointment on 10/28 but the first available was 11/1 and my only day off was 10/31, the receptionist moved some things around to fit me in.
Maverick came to my house 10/31 to fix my furnace he was super friendly and courteous! When he found out it was the blower he gave me the estimate and said he’d wait in his truck for us to come to an agreement if we’d do it or not. When we said yes to the work he immediately went down to start, he realized he didn’t have all of the parts so he empathetically apologized and said it would be in tomorrow. I left my front door unlocked so he could get in and he fixed my furnace with no... read full review
