I had to call the after hours technician and he was very rude however I spoke to the scheduler and asked for a different technician to come and help and he was absolutely fantastic! It was a long frustrating job but he did great and helped us with getting in contact with someone to help with damage to our ceiling! Rocky start but good finish!
We had an emergency situation that required a quick response. We contacted Roto Rooter and they were very understanding of our situation and scheduled next day service(which was a Sunday). The technician came, assessed the situation and then explained his plan to fix the problem. He also provided an estimate for the work he thought would address the problem. He then went to work and within an hour had us back in service. All in all a great experience.
Our service technician was very professional and respectful and honest; I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Arthur, our tech, who was great. Charged us exactly what he said he would charge us and took less time then expected to complete the job! This went better than I expected for sure and I'm very grateful for Arthur and Roto-Rooter. Well done. Highly recommended.
