The nurses are rude, confrontational and incompetent. The Director & D.O.N. are nice but apparently don't know how to deal with the problems with their nurses. Complaints are not addressed, or you get push back. If your loved one needs assistance with their medication, has a sight impairment or memory issues this is not the place for them. If you're looking for a place that has great activities, ok food & doesn't matter if they have missed medicines & rude nurses, then this is the place to be. My advice if your loved is here or anywhere, ask for documentation for all complaints.

Management and directors communicate very poorly with family. Director is very difficult to deal with,. And is very Uncompassionate , dealing with tenants very poorly. I would recommend anyone sending a family member here to check out other reviews and check with the state health department for violations. These are just my opinions and my experiences with the facility.
