Comfort Control is a full-service heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and fireplace contractor serving the Ashland, Ohio community since 1980. They provide residential and commercial installation, repair, and preventative maintenance for a variety of products and manufacturers. Mike H and Cubby replaced an entire HVAC system, arriving early, making sure customers knew how to operate the new equipment, and cleaning up everything before they left. Cyrus was very helpful, answered all questions honestly, and was very polite and knowledgeable. Cyrus immediately figured out a basement standing water problem coming from the HVAC unit and quickly installed a new condensater pump, also letting the customer know some other areas on the unit that may need to be serviced. Matt and Michael did a great job from start to finish changing a wood burning fireplace to gas, keeping customers informed every step of the installation and cleaning everything when finished. Matt also explained everything needed to know about using the remote and replacing product when needed.
