Absolutely love working for Dora. When ever there is a concern with our clients she is there to help at any time of the day. I love the open communication with her. She goes above and beyond to help her workers and clients.
Dora has bent over backwards to accommodate the ever changing schedule of my father, who is in the more advanced stages of Alzheimer's disease. As anyone who has ever dealt with this disease knows, one day can be totally different from the last. We've had to increase care hours, with not a lot of notice, a few times. Every time, Dora has stepped up and met the challenge. The girls she's provided are great. If they aren't meeting expectations, she does her best to give them an opportunity to address the complaint and improve. Good caregivers AREN'T cheap. I appreciate the fact that if someone isn't measuring up, and they don't choose to improve, we're not forced to continue to pay for a sub-par performance. I would DEFINITELY choose Passionate Care Inc. in Archbold, OH again
