He was at Granny's within 45 minutes, pin pointed the issue (under her house) and had it fixed all within a matter of 1 1/2 hours! “Wife and I have been doing our own maintenance for years on the furnace and AC unit, my sister talked us into doing a maintenance plan with New Comfort, and yes she works for the company. I was skeptical on whether they can do as good a job as I could do, but I guess I was wrong. Jason came out and cleaned and inspected everything in the furnace and the outside AC unit, he even went as far as cleaning the coils and vacuuming up the dust and cobwebs inside the furnace.
