Can't say enough good things about Ogram. Their entire staff is respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. They are fast to respond to issues and quicky complete the work that is needed to fix the problem. They respected our property, the inside of our home and cleaned up so well, we weren't sure they were even here! We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
I needed to find a new company to handle my heating situation. The only company I called was Ogram Heating and Cooling. I sent photos of what I was dealing with in mid-August. I just wanted heat for the upcoming winter.
Chris came to my home to assess my situation. I heard from Ryan Ogram in a short amount of time and he suggested heating my home with propane. It took me a while to make that decision. Everything is installed in my basement, I have propane tank in my yard & my thermostat is hovering @ 70 degrees

Our A/C unit went out and was looked at by another company that told us we needed a completely new unit. With it being the weekend I sent a request for a quote online. Ryan got back with us right away and came out the next morning. After we gave him the information he looked it over to be sure and was able to get our "broken" unit fixed in less than 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge and friendliness. This is an honest business and would trust them with any future repair or needs! Thank you Ryan!
