First experience was a tattoo special for October and I was made to feel so welcome, had a second tattoo done less then a week later, same great company and quality. Managed to snag a last minute hair cut one night that legit changed my entire life, and made me feel like a whole new person. I don’t know anything about girly stuff but Rachel helped me decide on my next device, and today I got a lash lift and tint. And when I say I am definitely a new person after meeting these wonderful ladies I mean it! Love you all and see you soon!

Melissa is phenomenal with children! She has done piercings on me, as well as both my 10-year-old daughter and my 1-year-old daughters ears. She is very good at what she does, makes sure to explain everything, made myself and my girls as comfortable as possible, and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning, and would recommend her and Phoenix Ink and Beauty to anyone!

OMG!! I finally found her!! 1st time client for Nikki and she knocked it out of the park!! She took the time to listen to what I like and don't like. She spent the time to give me the best hair cut & style I have ever had! My husband said it looks amazing. I'm so excited that on my 55th birthday, I've finally found Nikki! P.S. The service dog on site is also a bonus for this dog lover
