Love this place!! Had an issue with my son and let me tell you marissa helped and literally saved the day!! She went above and beyond in my opinion and for that I will be forever grateful!! Definitely and highly recommend north coast eye center in Amherst!!! Huge thanks to marissa again!

There was phone communication which was excellent, to schedule my exam & glasses. I believe it was the all grown up receptionist (older lady) that I spoke with to schedule my appointment. When I arrived, I did not wait long before I was seen, which was A+++. Their equipment is pretty interesting too. However, I was not pleased with the male Dr. younger in age. I would have liked a smile, like the one he has on this page. He was too serious, and didn’t feel genuine concern on his part. I just felt like a number. The technologic advances in monitoring our eyes are magnificent, and made my whole check up efficient and effort free. This office has them all!Dr F Maiorca takes time to explain, is very experienced, and is delighted if the exam is stable. I do request my appointments with him, because I trust his care.
