Had 7:00 am appointment. I showed up at 6:42am. Employees showed up around 6:48 am. I waited till 6:53 to enter. I was met right away by the receptionist and did all my insurance stuff ( I’m a repeat client)
I sat down at 6:58 am.At 7:30 am I asked the receptionist what time my appointment was and she confirmed 7:00 am. She mentioned that the doctor just came in at 7:10am and he should be ready soon.
I’m looking for recommendations for a new eye doctor that respects their clients time.
This place has never been the same since Dr. Koos. Retired… always trying to upsell everything over insurance coverage

I made a appointment just about a month ago for today and when I get to my appointment, this place has did not add my appointment to their schedule. Will never do business with someone who can't schedule correctly. The receptionist said I had to of called the wrong place. Was kind of ruled about it. How was it possible for me to call the wrong place when after making the appointment I added to my calendar. Do not go there

Absolutely horrible business that doesn't know how to bill. Illegally bills Medicaid recipients and then will not return phone calls concerning their billing. They are refusing to push my claim through to Medicaid secondary insurance and are trying to charge me a copay which is illegal in Ohio For Medicaid recipients.
