Within an hour of calling the CPC emergency phone number on the sticker of my 20 yr old water heater because it was leaking, (I guess CPC is closed so I'm not sure how I got to SK, but I'm glad I did!) “I was assigned D and P plumbing through my HSA warranty. I was worried at first as I was previously assigned a different company who was terrible and actually caused more issues with my request. The issue continued to get worse so I requested a new company come out. D and P showed up the very next day with a team of knowledgeable plumbers who identified the issue within minutes. Turns out, they have been going around fixing issues of the previous companies mess ups! Unfortunately, they were only able to do a temporary band aid as the previous company did that bad of a job to where they couldn’t fix the problem due to stolen parts that weren’t replaceable. However, they were able to provide an explanation and tips and directions on our next steps to getting it fixed. Would use them again!“
