I use to spend hours running around the house engaged in Ninja Turtle fighting sessions with my four boys. Now it's only a couple of minutes because of the self defense knowledge I have learned from the wonderful sensei's at Amelia MAA. Unfortunately, my children have learned quite a bit more than me so I am forced to use unhonorable tactics to escape their often sticky fingers of doom. In all seriousness, this dojo and the owners/staff have provided my family and me with a well organized and tailored program to not only learn proper techniques and useful applications of self defense but to mold our self confidence and spirit into a respectable lover of the martial arts.

Our daughter is now a black belt and so many of the lessons she has learned at Amelia Martial arts America has helped her through some tough times at middle school.
