We had 5 trees that were in desperate need of trimming, and when Steve came out to look at the job, his knowledge of each tree and what needed to be done gave me a lot of confidence to hire him. His team that came out to do the job were very efficient, professional and courteous. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up when they were done. Well done!

We called them yesterday because a tree in our front yard was about to fall over after the effects of the hurricane Helene blew through. Steve was at our home within one hour to evaluate the situation. He told us he would be back in the morning with his crew. He quoted a reasonable price to cut down the tree, grind it up, grind the stump out and clean up. For an added touch, they added two bags of mulch to where the tree once was. His crew was fantastic! They started and finished the job in 30-40 minutes. We were very impressed. This is the second time we have had trees taken down by this busines. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I interviewed 5 companies regarding removing a large broken fork of my mulberry tree. I decided to go with Cincinnati Arbor Services because the owner spoke most knowledgeably about my tree's damage, and the action that needed to be taken. I definitely made the right decision. They don't use any mechanical lift -- all the work is completed by one man in the tree and two on the ground. But they knew their craft well. The "man in the tree" deftly climbed to the break from another tree, kept safe by a series of ropes held by the "men on the ground." They worked well, efficiently, and safely.
