Dave is my salesman at Buddys Carpet. He went way above and beyond to help me find the perfect hardwood and carpet for my new condo. He made 100% sure it was installed on time and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He's the best.
We had an AMAZING experience with Buddy's! Andrew was extremely helpful, great with communication, and made sure all our needs were met. After having flooring put down twice by Home Depot (which was a horrid 9-month experience), we were a bit high maintenance and cautious. But Andrew and the team at Buddy's were a feeling of relief! The team showed up on work days on time and was respectful, tidy, neat, and kind. We HIGHLY recommend the company, their installers, and working specifically with Andrew.
Andrew was amazing! He went out of his way to make it possible for our carpet to installed over multiple days around our crazy schedules. He followed up on every concern and addressed every question quickly. His customer service was beyond 5 stars. We could not be happier with our new carpet and the service we received. Even the installers were great and very helpful.
