For starters, veryone was very friendly and nice! I did not feel rushed. They took great care in creating a low-stress environment for my rabbit. They got down on his level rather than holding him on a tall counter for exam. I could see immediately that he was much less anxious being able to roam around and sniff. Plus, it eliminates the possibility of an accidental fall. They also have more than one exotic doctor on staff. I was very excited to get an appointment the next day! Last Saturday morning my puppy injured his leg and couldn’t put any weight on it. It was super early and my vet didn’t open till 8. I didn’t have an appointment to my vet but I was hoping to show up when the doors opened and at least get 5 minutes of their time to at least check on my puppy . Also considering I spent over 400 dollars within the last month there for his shots and medicines . I was turned away at the door sorry nothing we can do we don’t have time. Had to make a quick appointment for my dog who got scratched in the eye. I usually go to Banfield, and the difference in just one visit here was major. Super nice staff, short wait times, quickly got my dog in for an appointment, I got to stay with him the entire time (which was not the case with Banfield), and considering I had to pay for the appointment, 2 different meds, and an eye stain test, the price was super cheap. I also got a quote for a future procedure as well as yearly shots and it’s insanely cheaper than Banfield. Will definitely start coming here from now on!
