It's funny how things change over the years. 2 and 1/2 years ago, I gave them 2 stars mainly because I couldn't get in there. Since then, I could write a book on what this place has done for my family. It's all good but in short, they are compassionate and truly care about the pets they see. I only hope that they will always be there so I won't ever have to look for another vet.
The absolute best vet in town. Dr. Baranack and his staff truly care about your animal and treat them like their own. We have had the entire staff come outside (including the vet) to talk to us as a family concerning decisions that need made. They are beyond honest. People do give bad reviews out of frustration and anger but we trust this hospital completely. We love this Vet and his staff and think of them as a part of our family.
The dr is super nice (when I take my dogs) but there customer service sucks ! Anytime I’ve called , nobody ever answers and I leave a message but don’t get called back. Nobody should have to keep calling to get an appointment.
