One of the best experiences we have ever had with professionals. Heather and her team were not only professional, they were thorough and so very kind to us and our needs. Absolutely would recommend them to everyone.
My husband and I were helping an elderly friend that accidently had a water issue at her house. We put in an insurance claim and then called SERVPRO to come assess the situation. They came out in a very timely manner and told us what they could do to dry out the water to avoid the risk of potential mold. They were very professional, kind, and explained everything to us completely. The equipment arrived the next morning. Some of the flooring needed to come out and it was done very efficiently and they cleaned up everything nicely. Within a couple days they came back, checked moisture levels, and were able to remove their equipment.

We had a water leak on our second floor that damaged our upstairs bathroom, hallway and living room ceiling. Servpro came out the next day - a Sunday, and got to work immediately so the damage could be cleaned up quickly before the water did any further damage. I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They left several industrial type fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the floors/ceiling. I highly recommend Servpro.
