Pinhole leaks in a copper pipe can cause more damage than we might realize. We needed after-hours service (Saturday night). Joe arrived punctually, quickly assessing the issue and immediately working to replace and repair the problem. Very professional and personable. Reasonable cost for after hours and well worth it. Hope we never need services like this again but if we do, we'll call Hagan.
We didn’t have any hot water cuz of a flood in the basement. Technician came at 8am was here 15 minutes and he said, pilot light is lit and you’ll have hot water in about 2 hours!! I told him he made my day!! Very reasonable priced!! Would 100% recommend!!
Attention geothermal furnace owners! Our furnace was 21 years old and after a few months of extremely high electric bills, I "interviewed" a few local contractors who had the experience and knowledge to diagnose a geo system and replace. John Hagan (owner) visited the first time and I was very impressed by his straight-forward approach, diagnosis and presenting all of my options.
