We had Keener Heating out to our fraternity house in Athens twice in the last couple of weeks. Once was a 600 am emergency and the other for a complete maintenance on our system. We could not be happier. James was prompt, he followed up with excellent communication and the work performed was well done. He was priced very fairly for the work done. He will be our go to company for all our HVAC needs in the future.

We had the fire alarm go off at our property at 400 AM. After the fire department diagnosed it as an issue with one our furnace units, I found Keener Heating online and asked them to come out as the heat had been shut off as a precaution. Jimmy came right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed a relatively minor issue. All the while his communication was top notch. We will be using Keener in the future for all of our HVAC needs. We could not be happier with this level of service.

Jim and Co. recently installed a mini split unit in my cabin. Previous heat was baseboard. Electric bill for same period this year compared to same period last year reduced by 30% without any backup propane use. Same average temp for the period. Good job on the install. Very reasonable $.Definitely recommend Keener.
