Had a gas water heater replaced. Quote was given over the phone with just a few provided pictures. They arrived early (with notification), were very personable and polite, upgraded the connections, and we had hot water within 2 hours start to finish.

Our ancient water heater broke down over the weekend and I called A-Team Plumbing and one of its competitors on Sunday to remedy the situation. Someone from their organization got back to me right away that same day to ask specifics and they were able to schedule an installation on Monday. Note that their competitor never got back to me. The A-Team Plumbing's installation serviceman was efficient, extremely competent and friendly and we ended up having hot water again by Monday afternoon. I would highly recommend A-Team Plumbing for Athens county residents, especially those in a bind.
