I rented equipment from Williams to restore my own floor. I've also recommended their equipment to several friends who have refinished their floors. I would not hesitate for the slightest moment at going back to Williams Hardwood Flooring. Their equipment is phenomenally maintained and professional, which is crucially important for an even sanding with a drum floor sander. The first time I rented from them, I spent far longer than anticipated there, due to them essentially not letting me leave until they were confident that I could handle the task. In my experience, they are people who care first and foremost about creating a beautiful hardwood floor. As someone who appreciates the beauty of an old hardwood floor, I appreciate greatly the service that they provide. Their prices seem fair compared to their competition. They are incredibly pleasant to work with.
