I’ve used the Matrix for many years and it has never failed me! :)This bed is unbelievable!You will have an amazing base tan after just 3-4 visits, without the burn!This is the best bed for a tan in a hurry!I was so excited to find out that this bed was available at a location close to me!This bed is in a league of its own!I know a lot of people say it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for…In just 3-4 visits you get the tan you would have gotten tanning for a month in other beds! ;)Service: Tanning

2 of the 5 employees are good people. The young girls are rude and never have beds cleaned. Bulbs are way too inconsistently replaced. Owners have skimped on getting good staff as well as training them and lackluster interest in maintaining the place. Instead they continuously spend more on seasonal decorations than the beds themselves.

My girlfriend tans here and I have gone in with her a few times and waited in the lobby while she tanned. The middle age lady that was working, I believe she said her name is Jen, is always cleaning and my girl said she doesn't ever worry about her beds being clean when this lady is working. The lady is very pleasant and explains everything thoroughly. I have seen this place extremely busy and she still shows respect and attention to each customer. I've noticed the customers interact with Jen and seem to love her. I recommend coming here when she is working. Closing time shouldn't become a problem if you remember that these ladies want to go home too. Being in on time...read full review
