As a new patient, I waited about 6 months, to be expected. I got within weeks of the appointment and got a call that they were rescheduling 3 months out. Sent me a message the morning of that appointment and rescheduled 2 months out. Turns out the message they sent me was the appointment was on “Tuesday, January 24th.” I didn’t even notice that 1/24 was a Friday, not a Tuesday but I put it in my calendar and took off work. Today comes (Friday, 1/24) and I notice my appointment isn’t in my MyChart. I call and they tell me that my appointment was actually on Tuesday, 1/22 and that now I have to wait until March. I don't know about these other reviews, but this place is great. I have psoriasis but if you look at me now, you would think I no longer do. Place changed my life, they're awesome. I recommend going here.

My appointment was at 10:40. I arrived at 10;25 per the request of the office, and was not seen till 11:10. no vitals were taken I saw a NP for about 5 min after waiting 40 plus. I received a guess nothing definitive. Ultimately this visit was a waste of time and money.
