Edit : I changed the rating to 4 stars. I had the pleasure today of speaking to two very nice and helpful individuals that were able to get me scheduled. They were super busy and were experiencing some phone issues as i was told. If everyone one else is that kind and professional, this is going to be hopefully an amazing dental experience.
Sadly, i heard good things, but i have called multiple times and left messages to not get phone calls back unfortunately. Until further notice i'm leaving a 3 star middle ground review for now, until i speak with someone. Perhaps they really are as awesome as i heard they are, and they have been just too busy to call me back.
in April of 2023 til February this year I've been getting appointments to getting all my teeth removed yes you talking about a big thing for me the staff were amazing! I now have my dentures just got them last week fits perfect, I love my smile, I can eat and feel so comfortable with them I thank you all so much for excellent customer service I'm so overwhelmed with happiness with you all support on my whole process ❤️ ?
I love this place. I hadn't gone to the dentist for years and they took good care of me. They did 2 root canals and 6 cavities and they accept Medicaid. Only thing negative I can say is that you can't get ahold of them on the phone, better to just go there to schedule an appointment, I'm not goona drop a star for that I'm glad my teeth are fixed and theres excellent people there.
