Best property management I have ever had. Alex worked his butt off to get me into an apartment very quickly! Walkthrough of apartment before obtaining it was very thorough! They took the time to explain all the contents of my lease. They answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. If I had any issues, they had maintenance come fix it immediately. Very grateful for them! I haven’t been in my apartment for very long but I already love living here & appreciate what they have done for me!
I have been with Snyder & Snyder since 2019. I needed more space. My plans to rent from a private owner fell through. I spoke to Alex and he showed me a house the next day. Alex was so kind and thoughtful. Nicole showed me another house the next week. She was also very helpful. I appreciate their patience and all the help they gave me.
I’ve only just begun the move-in process as a first time renter, but I want to say Nicole has been super nice, helpful, and responsive! My boyfriend said the property is probably the nicest and most affordable apartment he’s ever viewed, and I believe everything has been very professional so far. Looking forward to my time as a tenant 😊
