Dan and his team at RFD are great! Communication is key and they always keep you in the loop on what is going on. They are masters at dealing with your insurance and just make the whole process simple. I was able to get everything done after a tree fell on my sunroom with almost no money out of pocket. I have used them now at two different homes and couldn't be happier.

I had roof and water damage on one of my rental properties while I was out of town. I was worried I would have long term damage and couldn't manage anything from where I was. I called RFD and Dan was there within a few hours to cover my roof and avoid interior damage. He communicated everything so clearly to me about the process and helped facilitate everything with my insurance when I didn't know where to turn. Within days my claim was approved and the work was done. I don't know what I would have done without RFD and would use them again in a heartbeat!
