I really appreciate that Dr. Bolinger caught my retinal detachment back in April. Not only did she get me into her office the very same day I was experiencing symptoms, but she secured me a specialist at Retina Associates of Ohio that afternoon. This immediate follow up was critical because it diagnosed the retinal tear and confirmed the detachment. I was recommended to undergo surgery right away or on the following day. The doctors were thorough and attentive to specific concerns. I needed to get a pair of effective progressive computer glasses to fit my specific work environment. I had tried with another local provider but, after 3 tries, they failed to produce a usable product for me, leaving me with a bill and useless pair of glasses. Neo Vision's doctors and opticians listened attentively to my needs and nailed it on the first try. I'm so thankful to have a perfectly functional pair of glasses for my work environment.
