I had never broken a phone screen before and was very nervous about taking it in to someone. I had no reason to worry with them (I didn't get the guy's name). It only took a day for the part to come in and it took less than half an hour for them to fix it. The price was very reasonable. Hopefully I'll never have to go back... But if another electronic breaks, I'll definitely be taking it here!
