I know the previous reviews aren’t great. But I couldn’t leave the parking lot without sharing my experience. Laura was amazing, patient and personal. I hate getting my blood drawn. She only poked me once, and had me laughing during the process.
If she’s still here if I have to get blood again I’d gladly come back.

Laura called me in within a couple of minutes of my scheduled appointment. She was very gentle, kind and patient. I was in and out of there w/in minutes. The reason for my low rating is the place itself. I noticed the armrest on the chair was much lower than normal and Laura stated that it had collapsed and they could only get it that far up! Clients would only want the best equipment available when they are having a needle inserted into their vein! The place was depressing, no windows at all and the entrance door is solid and industrial looking. I would have become very claustrophobic if I had to spend more than 5 minutes in that cramped isolated place! I feel very bad... read full review

First time using LabCorp but will definitely return. I wish I could remember the technician's name, but she was lovely and so quick. I'm generally a difficult stick, but she had no issues and was incredibly sweet.
