Horrible. Set up an appointment for a drug screen. Was not to have an order for it online or to prepay. Drove 30 minutes just to be told I can’t get it done without paying first or having my primary doctor order the test so I can bill insurance. Maybe they should have that posted on the site before setting up appointments.

There is only 1 worker the same worker each time. She’s rude and slow as hell. I’ve been sitting there for an hour and she finally call me back to say there needs to be a form I show her the form in my email and say I can send it to her. The company only wanted my height weight and blood pressure. She tells me to go sit back out while she take care of the other two people. She finish quickly with them and refused to answer the door and phone the last entire hour there. & before she took the other people she cleared my name off the screen and marked done which she didn’t exactly do. Every time I come here there is always a good amount of people waiting for an unreasonable time. This morning I have been here for half an hour, there is a lady beside me that has been here for over an hour as well and we both just need urine tests. while we have been waiting, there has been 10 other people waiting for blood work or urine tests. no one has apologized or checked on us. due to the waiting period and no updates, people have came and left. i have missed class, and other have had to test their bosses. this is a location that needs extra hands for sure… we heard there is only one worker this morning.
