Jeff the Plumber was a joy to work with. We were able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Eric, the technician, was able to arrive early and let us know when he was coming. He replaced the disposal (mid-20th Century!) and also snaked a major clog in the sink. Eric is a great guy, the perfect balance between personable and professional. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he needed to do and then fixed things with almost no disruption. He even cleaned up after himself though he was so smooth in his execution that there was very little to clean up. Have used them a couple of time and they always do a very good job. Replaced a sump pump and replaced an old shutoff valve and outside hose connection. Had the pump and all the parts on hand and done in about an hour. $562 for the whole thing, parts and labor. They even give a call when they are on their way. Would definitely use again.
