I don't usually leave retail reviews, but I have to say this is the Friendliest, most Helpful service Ive seen anywhere in a long time!;) From looking in womens to a return, which was pretty fast, Plus at least 4 employees asked me if I needed help, and I did, since I hadnt been to this location!:)

I can't think when the last time I was in a Jc penny great service thanks to Jose if it was not for his help in finding what I needed I would of left or went somewhere else. But the staff helped me along the way in what I was looking for great job everyone keep up the great work
