This past December of 2024, I hired Hercules tree to prune the dead limbs from a large oak tree on my property. Within a few days they sent an estimator who gave me fair an extremely professional estimate including photographs of everything they planned to do. Just before Christmas they did the work very quickly and cleaned up perfectly. Almost 2 months later into February we noticed one of the limbs had broken and was precariously dangling near the property line and the parking area of the cars. I made one phone call and spoke to Tina and asked her if she would consider taking care of this since the incident happened so close to the recent trimming. She wouldn't guarantee my request but said she'd get back to me and just a few days later gave me plenty of notice and sent a crew out within 2 days to remove the limb. All at no charge. Very few companies will do everything they promised the first time, let alone come back and pick up something that was missed. I highly recommend Hercules tree and will continue using them going forward.
Great job by Eric in taking down two leaners in the woods behind our house last week by free-climbing, ropes, and muscle. No need to take the bucket truck across the yard. Then a great clean-up by Eric and his crew. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
