I needed 56 pieces to complete a job at my home, I spoke to Alex on the phone and he put me with Kari when I went to the showroom. Kari went above and beyond to find those pieces to match what I needed. It was a different company and looked better with my tile than the mosaic that was available in the same brand. I also got a very nice discount because it was a discontinued line.
Thank you First Flooring for being professional and kind and truly wanting to help me with my issue. I should have gone to them first but will recommend them to everyone and I will go to them for carpet.
