Dr. Kossow is great! I just expected to have a standard eye exam and be on my way, but Dr. Kossow really made my day. He was so welcoming and friendly. We had some really interesting conversations and he’s such a great person. I didn’t expect much going to Pearle Vision since my previous experience at another location was not good, but Dr. Kossow really changed my mind. He was very informative, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. He really listened to me and made sure to check in with me throughout the exam. However long I’m in the NE Ohio area, I plan to keep seeing him for my eye appointments.

Very personable staff which made me feel very comfortable. The eye doctor was very thorough and friendly. Carol is the backbone of the whole place. Felt like she is an old friend and she finds the best deals for any situation. Thank you very much for another great experience!

It has been too long since I have been to an optometrist. The doctor was fantastic! The staff were understanding and talked me through everything. I didn’t feel pressured to spend money on expensive glasses, The whole experience was great. Thank you!
