The doctor was super nice, the sweet woman who helped me order my frames was awesome! She made me feel good about my frame choice. Definitely will be going back to this location in the future

I was truly amazed by the difference between my visit to the Pearl Vision in Fairlawn Ohio to the "other place"(big chain who always offers 2 for one cheap) I got my first set of glasses from about a year and a half ago. Dr Garofalo did a very thorough exam. The first place I went to had me read letters only. Dr Garofalo did many test. I wish I remembered the fine gentleman’s name who helped me with my choice of frames and lenses. He was also very helpful. I’ll definitely be making this my permanent.

Dr. Kossow has a warm personality and a great sense of humor, which helped me to feel at ease. It was refreshing to find an eye doctor who was so knowledgeble, but also so down-to-earth. It seemed clear to me that he really enjoys what he does, and that enthusiasm made for an all-around positive experience. Thank you! :)
