I called Duke’s this past summer to have an exterior gas line put in my house. They came out and gave me such good insight and answered all my questions. They gave me the best plan of attack. I went with them and the price for the amount of work was phenomenal. Fast forward to this fall where I needed to replace the valve on that same line to a key valve so I could turn gas on and off from outside my firepit. They came right back out and had the job done in minutes. I worked with both Ron and Eric and they both were so cool and let me shadow them so I could learn more about pipefitting and air tight connections. I was very impressed with the service that Duke’s Discount Drain & Plumbing of Akron, Ohio, gave me. I was completely without hot water. He came to house, checked out to see what size tank I wanted, and the area where hot water tank was to be installed, and what supplies, would be needed on Monday. Arranged for one of his Plumbers to come out on Wednesday, in which he was on time and the office called to let me know he was on his way to do the install. Hauled old tank away, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend to Family and Friends ? %Service: Water heater installation
