As a restoration contractor, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with CRDN on multiple projects, and they’ve been a great company to partner with. I’ve worked directly with both John and Brian, and they consistently deliver. The type of work we do is not easy and it’s often very stressful for homeowners, so having the right people involved matters a lot. Anytime I bring CDRN onto a project on my behalf, they handle it professionally, communicate well, and knock it out of the park. They make the process smoother for both my team and the homeowner, which is exactly what you want in this industry.
CRDN did an amazing job with our house. We had a tree fall through our roof and our entire upstairs needed redone. Not only were the repairs fantastic but the job that Brian did with handling all of the insurance for us. I just can’t thank them enough.
We cannot say enough good things about the CRDN team. We had many items affected by a basement flood. They came in and went through all of our items and packed up what could be salvaged and disposed of the ruined items. They treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness during a stressful time. They cleaned up and stored our items until we were ready to have them back. I was amazed at how nicely and carefully everything thing was labeled and wrapped. We dealt with multiple people and we were impressed with each one. Thank you, CRDN for helping us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
