Received an invoice from this company today (4/16/24) saying I owe them over $200 for consulting service. I have not used this company since year end 2021 tax season in which I paid that years invoice immediate upon completion of services. The reason I did not return to this company was because the communication was terrible. There was no communication about the amount of taxes I would owe until I called them the afternoon of tax day! Come to find out I did owe taxes and had to write a check immediately and would not have known unless I made the call that day.
