I'm there 3xs a week, the individual training you get is excellent, and the explanations are clear, I got my strength up and lost enough weight to do my first spartan race! Talk to Michael about the different training schedules and types!
This is the perfect gym! Michael is a fantastic guide and always creates challenging yet fun workouts. The small class size is nice plus there is a great sense of camaraderie among everyone working out. There is always great rock n roll playing which is great change a pace from traditional workout music.
