possible appendicitis leak; long er waiting. going on 10 hours now. placed in glass enclosure with very ill/coughing people. one very rude staff as observed with us and 2 other patients. observed one older man walk out with heart symptoms, after being told he had a 12 hour wait. your should have staffed your hospitals here before building a billion dollar facility next to Buckingham Palace. when I feel better, will write more. thank you.

I have a great therapist named Tim Tobin. The PT dept. is now separated from the membership which is nice. Before the club members machines were all turned facing the PT area and it was uncomfortable because doing PT is a struggle. Having an audience is an embrassment. The staff keeps patients separated and cleans equipment immediately after it is used. Whuch is great to see during this pandemic Jennifer is a refreshing breath of niceness and caring as a secretary at the front desk. The other secretaries ant therapists are good as well I have a lot of unfortunate experience with PT and AGMC/CC has been very helpful in hoping me and other patients recover

I highly recommend this place for physical therapy. Over the years I have had several surgeries and injuries and have always chosen this facility. Matt and Char are the best! They are very knowledgeable and their treatment processes work. They always get me back to 110%.
