This is a horrible company; stay away. They will fail you in every way possible when you have a special needs child who needs medical supplies or formula. There are better options out there, so stay away! They never answer the phone; voicemails go unanswered. Sadly, they are not affiliated with Akron Children's. They trick you with the company name, which is deception at its best.

Feels very impersonal they almost refuse to take your order on the phone they have a voicemail line they insist on you using but then expect you to spell out every single little piece you need. I feel like it's more work than it should be just to get the supplies I need for my children. If there was another supplier my insurance took id switch. Oh and now they're playing this fun little game where they refuse to leave your supplies if you aren't home but they won't schedule your delivery either. I have 2 special needs children who both have multiple appts a week I don't have time to run around and find these supplies after a long day of appts.

Poor procedures and communication. Will make consumers pick up items instead of delivering them because they lost paperwork. Instead of letting me know delivery sheets weren’t signed, they left a note saying I must pick up the order because “no one was home.” Orders are placed on a voicemail. A delivery is not scheduled and I had no way of knowing when they would deliver it. They usually just leave it. This time they didn’t. Refusing to deliver the supplies was done to me without notice.When I said to return the items, the representative said they can’t.A paper (after the incident pictured below) notified me why I have to pick up deliveries was mailed to me....read full review
